It’s now just over 6 months since expanding ELT Contract Solutions, my business brain is telling me this is one of the hardest things I’ve challenged myself to do.

For everyone out there in a similar position, here are my top 3 learnings:

1-           When the chips are down remain absolutely true to your original goal.

2-           Keep motivated by breaking your goals down into bitesize chunks.

3-           Don’t fixate on mistakes – see them as opportunities to improve.
